Fundamentals of Hatha Yoga, Meditation, and Breathing Practices In these classes, you will become familiar with the basic Asanas (poses of classical Hatha Yoga), meditation, and pranayama (yogic breathing practices). We suggest a yoga mat or towel and a small cushion or pillow for seated meditation. Modifications can be made for those with physical limitations and/or disabilities, notify your teacher before class. Pre-registration is required.
