Cybersecurity Policy

The consortium takes reasonable cybersecurity and other
measures to safeguard information including protected personally identifiable
information (PII) and other types of information. This also includes information
the Federal agency or pass-through entity designates as sensitive or other
information the recipient or sub-recipient considers sensitive and is consistent
with applicable Federal, State, local, and tribal laws regarding privacy and
responsibility over confidentiality

Privacy Policy

The consortium upholds that privacy is a right to all citizens as guaranteed by the First
Amendment. A secure and confidential environment are maintained in accordance
with The Revised Missouri State Statutes, the American Library Association’s
Library Bill of Rights, the Missouri State Library, and other state and federal laws.
The Library guarantees that personal information will not be released unless it has
reason to believe legal statutes or its Service and Administration Policies have
been violated.
