Join the MU Extension at the Ferguson Public Library to learn how to be a better renter! Future renters, new renters, and current renters are invited to learn about their rights and responsibilities as a tenant in Missouri. This program will educate renters on Missouri Landlord/Tenant Laws, how to maintain positive relationships with landlords, tips for navigating the rental application and lease process, and their responsibility in maintaining their living space. Everyone deserves safe and healthy housing that also meets his or her budgetary needs.
