FMPL: Servsafe Test Prep and Test

The Ferguson Municipal Public Library will be hosting a ServSafe Test Prep to prepare participants for taking the Food Manager Certification test.

Participants will also be able to take the Food Manager Certification test, proctored by Kip Williams of Waffle House, after purchasing a test key off the ServSafe website.

Test prep and test will take place on:

FREE Afterschool Tutoring (FMPL)

Do your kids need help with their homework? Studying for a test? Or maybe just someone to read with them? Bring them to one of our FREE Afterschool Tutoring sessions! Our group of friendly volunteer tutors will work with your child to ensure their academic success. For more information, please call the library and ask for Amy.

DIY Lab: Origami and Paper-Engineering (FMPL)
Apr 6 @ 2:00 pm – 3:00 pm

Learn how to fold and make things out of paper with our multi-session class! Turn a plain sheet of paper into animals, boxes, and more. You'll learn all the basic folds to help you tackle more complex designs and learn how to make your ideas into reality with simple supplies!

For kids in 4-8 grades. An adult caregiver must stay in the building while class is in session. Beginners welcome!

Readings on Race Book Club (FMPL)

The Readings on Race Book Club meets monthly to unpack the complex and challenging subject of race in America by reading and discussing books on this topic. The book club meets on the second Tuesday of the month at 6 pm. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the book club meets virtually via Zoom.
