The Readings on Race Book Club meets monthly to unpack the complex and challenging subject of race in America by reading and discussing books on this topic. The book club meets on the second Tuesday of the month at 6 pm. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the book club meets virtually via Zoom. Enjoy music and learn about instruments and more with the Ferguson Library and the Gateway Festival Orchestra Quartet! The quartet will play music and then share about their instruments as part of their mission to teach children how to be active listeners. All ages welcome!

Learn about the many objects that make up our solar system! Activities focus on an investigation of planetary surfaces and building a space probe out of recycled materials to conduct research on other planets.
