The Friends of the Kirkwood Public Library will hold a book sale on August 28 and 29 in the Library, 140 E. Jefferson Avenue, Kirkwood. The sale will feature a variety of books, including Fiction, Mystery, Literature, Science Fiction, Children’s Books, History, Art Books, Audiobooks, and more. The hours of the sale are Friday, August 28 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.; and Saturday, August 29 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. There is no entry fee. Book prices are generally in the $.50 to $3.00 range, with payment by cash or check. No credit or debit cards.All proceeds benefit the Kirkwood Public Library.
