This is a casual, loosely structured event. You can come for as long or as short a time as you wish. This is not a class, and there’s no formal program. Just bring your laptop or
pencil and paper. We will gather in the Reading Room (fireplace room) around 7:00 for introductions and a brief chat, followed by writing time and/or continued conversation. Enjoy the company of other writers while you work on your breakout novel … or romance … or short story … or memoir … or picture book … or mystery … or …
Want to trace your family tree but don’t know where to start? Then this program is for you! You will learn how to document and organize your search, fact-check old family stories, use resources available in-person and online to aid you in your search, and more. For more information, please call the library and ask for Taneesa or Allison.
Choose from two sessions: Saturday, August 18 at 11 am or Wednesday, August 22 at 6 pm.
