August 1st is the last day to turn in summer reading minutes or hours, to pick up Bronze, Silver and Gold prizes and to submit raffle tickets.

 

Intermediate Chess: Six week class for youth with some chess experience. Mondays, June 13, 20, 27, July 18, 25 and Aug. 1, 2016 at 10 am. Please sign up online.

 

Children entering 1st - 4th grade partner with teen volunteers for one-on-one reading time. Children and teens must apply to participate. Apply online or at the library.

Teen volunteers for Reading Buddies. Teens entering grades 7 & up partner with kids for weekly reading time. Gain service hours. There are 2 sessions; Session I: 1:30 - 2:15 & Session II: 2:30 - 3:15. Go to the teen page of the web site & click volunteer to apply. Applications will not accepted after 5/28/16.

The Library Board of Trustees adopts policies to oversee and review administration of the Library. Nine trustees are appointed by the Mayor of the City of Ferguson. Meetings are the 4th Monday of each month at 7:00 p.m. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the Board will meet remotely via Zoom. Meetings will be streamed live at the Ferguson Library's Youtube Page.
